As a registered dietitian, a specialist in nutrition, and health, I have learned that it is surprisingly easy to put this into practice.

To my amazement, people started to have a positive attitude toward eating and started to say that they were looking forward to eating.
Some people who used to think of eating as a stressful activity have come to view eating in a positive light.

I started this support program because I wanted to share this method with as many people as possible.
