Hello everyone. I’m Mayuko, a registered dietitian who only thinks about eating well every day.

In today’s age of information overload, there are many diets being introduced in the media and on social networking sites. 

The most common way to get information is to say that…

Eating “…” will help you lose weight!

But how did you feel when you tried that method? Did it work for you?

In our support, we will tell you not “what to eat”, but “how to eat.” There are two reasons for this.

There are two reasons for this.

  1. Nutrients always have both advantages and disadvantages, and no matter how good they are for you, too much of them can be harmful to your body.
  2. Nutrients work together, so no single nutrient can do a good job on its own.

In other words, we need to eat in an overall balanced way so that our nutrients can play a good coordinated role. 

This way, the body will be able to burn the food you eat and will be less likely to gain weight.
