The case of Client D

I will introduce the case of Client D, who has been on our support for two and a half weeks.

Because of the growth of her children, she has been paying attention to nutritional intake.

“However, I am not sure what I should eat.”

That was one of the reasons why she started my support.

After a little more than two weeks,


she had found a style of eating that she will be happy with.

I think the reason she felt this was okay was because…

・Her own physical condition is good.
・The children are very calm.

One of her problems was snacking.

By changing the balance of their meals, she no longer craves snacking.
